A lawsuit claims that Kanye West proposed shaving students’ heads and locking them in cages at Donda Academy.
A former employee of Kanye West’s Donda Academy private school has filed a lawsuit alleging discrimination, harassment, and retaliation by West. The employee claims West spread antisemitic conspiracy theories, compared himself to Adolf Hitler, and made threats of physical violence. The lawsuit also mentions inappropriate sexual behavior and anti-LGBTQ comments. Attorney Carney R. Shegerian stated that the lawsuit aims to vindicate the rights of the employees and highlight that West’s messages of discrimination have no place in the world. This lawsuit is among several discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits filed by former employees of West and his school. In previous cases, former teachers were wrongfully terminated and a photographer sued West for assault, battery, and negligence. West has not publicly responded to the allegations.
