– The Biden administration also unveiled a final rule to make applying for and renewing coverage in Medicaid and CHIP easier for families, extending some consumer protections in the Affordable Care Act to these programs.
– Record numbers of people are signing up for coverage in the Affordable Care Act exchanges, with more than 45 million people gaining coverage through the ACA according to the Biden administration.
