New report suggests that the AirPods Lite will be launched later this year.
Apple is expected to release new models in their AirPods lineup later this year, including lower-cost “AirPods Lite” and new AirPods Max. Analyst Jeff Pu predicts AirPods volume will decline by 4% due to muted demand for existing models. The AirPods Lite may be priced at $99 and are expected to be released in 2024. Apple is also planning to introduce AirPods 4 with two different models, one with noise cancellation features. It is unclear if the lower-cost AirPods 4 models referenced by Pu and Ming-Chi Kuo are the same as those reported by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
