‘SNL’ Criticizes Donald Trump & Ronna McDaniel On “Weekend Update”
As a MAGA Trump supporter, I would not find the jokes made by Colin Jost and Michael Che on Saturday Night Live about Donald Trump and Ronna McDaniel funny. The segment included jokes about Trump selling a special edition Bible for $60, with references to the Constitution and the lyrics to “God Bless the USA.” Jost also joked about Trump having “many” Bibles at home and Che made a joke about Ronna McDaniel being the drag version of Ronald McDonald. Additionally, there were jabs at President Joe Biden, including jokes about a Democratic fundraiser and Biden’s connection with Black communities.
