In the NFL offseason, change is inevitable, and the Cleveland Browns, despite winning 11 games and making the playoffs last season, have made roster improvements this offseason. The Unexpected Points Offseason Improvement Index ranked the Browns as the 11th most improved team, second in the AFC North behind the Bengals. The Steelers were ranked 18th most improved, while the Baltimore Ravens were considered to have regressed the most.

The Atlanta Falcons led the NFL in offseason improvement with a nearly 50-point improvement after acquiring quarterback Kirk Cousins. The Browns’ biggest move was trading for Jerry Jeudy, a 2020 first-round pick. General manager Andrew Berry has addressed major holes in the roster and will have further opportunities to add to the team through the NFL Draft.
