In Helldivers 2, players are tasked with liberating Tibit before the weekend ends. However, a setback in the war effort on the Galactic West has occurred, and High Command blames distracted divers for the loss. The community made progress in liberating the western theater against the Automatons, but a surprise twist from Game Master Joel forced players to choose between defending planet Draupnir or quickly liberating Ubanea. Unfortunately, Helldivers couldn’t mobilize in time and lost access to Ubanea, hindering their goal of reaching Tibit. High Command stated that insufficient troops were dedicated to either objective, leading to the loss of Ubanea which was 95% liberated. Additionally, blame was placed on divers fighting bugs instead of bots, and soldiers stuck on Malevelon Creek were also criticized. Some players blame the developer for not clearly showing supply lines in-game. Despite these challenges, players have the overpowered Quasar Cannon Stratagem to aid them in battles.
