Ticketmaster has reversed its ‘lead booker’ rule for Taylor Swift’s UK ‘Eras’ tour dates, allowing the person whose name is on the ticket account to no longer be required to attend the event. Swift is set to start her UK and European tour in May, with the UK leg beginning in June. The decision to remove the ‘lead booker’ policy was communicated to ticket holders via email. Swift’s tour has been praised in reviews and she has also appeared on Forbes’ annual billionaires list for the first time.
